Are you a Certified Arborist, and why is it important?
Yes. Justin’s Tree Service has an ISA Certified Arborist on staff. ISA Certified Arborists have demonstrated professional knowledge of tree biology, proper pruning, tree health, safety, and industry-standard tree care practices. Why does it matter? Tree work involves more than simply cutting branches. Proper decisions can affect a tree’s health, structure, safety, and longevity. Working with a Certified Arborist helps ensure your trees are evaluated and cared for using knowledgeable, industry-recognized practices—whether you’re considering pruning, removal, Plant Health Care, or simply determining the best course of action for a tree on your property.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates for most tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and plant health care services. These estimates are intended to evaluate the work being requested and provide you with pricing for our recommended services. If you require a detailed tree assessment, professional consultation, written arborist report, tree risk assessment, diagnosis, documentation, or other specialized consulting services, a consultation fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be discussed with you in advance.
How far are you booked out with scheduling?
Scheduling varies depending on the time of year, weather, and current workload. In some cases, we may be able to schedule within a few days, while during busier seasons it can be several weeks out, as demand for tree work tends to fluctuate throughout the year . That said, we always do our best to accommodate specific timelines, deadlines, and urgent situations whenever possible, and will work with you to find a timeframe that makes sense for your project.
Do you haul away the debris and protect my property?
Yes — all debris from tree trimming and tree removal is fully cleaned up and hauled away unless otherwise requested.
